SHOPSpot Point Expiration & Re-Registration
What is SHOPSpot?
SHOPSpot is a free, automatic rewards program just for Sno Falls Credit Union members. When you shop at participating local businesses using your Sno Falls debit or credit card, you earn points that can be eligible for redemption online. Exchange points for cash or gift cards to businesses such as Apple, REI or Starbucks.
Here’s what’s changing:
• On May 31, 2025, all SHOPSpot points older than 3 years will expire.
• After that, points will expire 3 years from the date they were earned on a rolling basis.
Important: See email instructions sent to applicable members.
How To Register:
1. Visit shopspot.com/snofalls and click Register in the top right.
2. Enter your account name as shown in the SHOPSpot communication sent to the email address on file for your SFCU account. Enter your zip code and last 6 digits of your SFCU card.
3. Enter a username, email and phone number for your SHOPSpot account.
4. Enter e-statement, point goal and email preferences.
5. Agree to terms and conditions.
6. Use the temporary password sent to your email address to create a new password.

Extended Phone Support
Exciting news from Sno Falls Credit Union! We know life doesn’t just happen from 9-5. That’s why starting March 19, we’ll provide live phone assistance after regular business hours and on weekends. Extended phone hours will allow you to receive 24/7 live assistance for account transfers, card support, balance inquiries, security concerns + more.
This upgrade is possible through our longstanding partnership with Co-op Solutions U.S.-based, Member Service Team. Co-op Solutions is a credit union owned cooperative that supports more than 2600 credit unions nationwide.

Refer A Friend
It pays to be a member. Now when you refer a friend or extended family member to Sno Falls Credit Union, you both get $25.2
How To Qualify: To receive $25, the referred member must join and do one of the following within 45 days:
• Open a Rewards Checking Account(min. $500 direct deposit required within 45 days)
• Get approval of a SFCU Consumer Loan
• Get approval of a SFCU Credit Card
2: The referred member must not have been a member of Sno Falls Credit Union within the previous 2 years, and the referred family member must not share the same address as the current member. Excludes youth, business, trust, and estate accounts.
Card Security Update
Sno Falls recently implemented a new security feature to help reduce card fraud.
You may receive a text from phone number 32874 attempting to verify credit or debit card activity on your account. Please note that this is a valid text and our attempt to contact you regarding suspicious account activity.
Respond to the secure text message in order to complete your transaction. Calling Sno Falls to confirm your transaction instead of texting the secure line will result in delayed processing.
You may also be prompted to receive a code via text for input.

United Against Food Insecurity
All SFCU locations serve as donation drop-off sites for the Feed Kiddos Program, which provides thousands of meals for children facing food insecurity in the Snoqualmie Valley.
We accept donations of individually packaged: fruit snacks, granola bars, oatmeal, cereal, goldfish, cookies, and applesauce pouches.
