I just have a short note to say about Sno Falls Credit Union. It is that everyone I have been working with at your branches, (Duvall is my branch) has been a real plus. Stacy at the Duvall branch has helped me out with any issue I may have had. She, and her staff, always go "the extra" mile for me, and I really appreciate them, and the credit union. Stacy is a real pro.

I have been with Sno Falls Credit union since I was about 14. My mom brought me in when they had a branch at Thrift Way, after I got my first job, and that was when I fell in love. For the last ten years the service is still the same, and that is why I won't switch to anyone else and I have gotten people to switch over to Sno Falls. the only thing that makes me a little sad is when tellers move, or go off to college, or quit. I've been helped in so many ways. From getting loans, to moving money from my checking to my savings, to opening up a new account with a boyfriend. When he died they helped me set it up for donations for him. Now I'm about to open up my first child's savings account as well. The last ten years with this credit union is like building a relationship with a close friend.

I joined the credit union back when SFCU was for Weyerhaeuser employees and their families only. My dad drove trucks and my brother worked as a mechanic. I joined when I was in high school as the credit union was the family bank and the staff were very friendly and sincere when they greeted you. Years later I would find myself in a divorce and had the bills left for me to pay. My credit bombed. The ONLY place that helped me out was SFCU. They helped me start over again with a VISA credit card with a $200 limit. The staff helped me understand what I needed to do to save grace and help me build my financial future again. When I received news that my credit was raised to $400 I was so overjoyed! That was a major goal for me back then. Today I have an amazing credit score - and I give all my thanks to SFCU. If they didn't believe in me 20 years ago, then I do not think I would be where I am today! The staff is just as wonderful today and our family has no plans to ever change where we bank, no matter where life takes us.

I was never taught to save money very well. With the last two years of financial uncertainty, my husband and I have really tried to put our finances in order and control our spending. We went on a strict budget and began planning and saving for the future. Sno Falls has helped us to do just that with its Swipe and Save program. We signed up last January, and this year we saved enough, painlessly even, to cover 70% of our Christmas expenses. We're planning to use our Swipe and Save to cover Christmas 2010! Thanks for making savings that much easier.

In September of 2004 I was newly married and looking to replace a broke down Blazer with a reliable vehicle for my wife and our daughter to be. Thanks to some good negotiation at the dealership and a great auto rate from Sno Falls we were able to purchase a great vehicle that has been dependable and still roomy enough for a growing family.

Last year, my brother, grandfather and I were planning a motorcycle trip to Mount Rushmore. I wanted to make the trip on my new Harley and tried to get a loan at my current bank (then Bank of America). I was told that I would have to apply online because all their auto loans were handled that way. After filling out the online application, I received a message that I would be contacted in 7 to 14 days. Since we were leaving before that, I went into the local branch to see if there was anything that could be done to speed up the process. After being told that there was nothing they could do, I loudly asked "I wonder if there are any other financial institutions in the vicinity who might like to give me a bike loan?" (after turning to look out the front window of the bank) "Oh, there's one over there!" I walked across the parking lot and got the loan within 3 days. Too bad my EX-bank wasn't willing to help a "Loyal customer since 1983". I now do all my banking at Sno-Falls Credit Union.

A few days before Halloween, I stopped in to make a deposit at the Snoqualmie Ridge branch office. The tellers offered my three boys each a small pumpkin. When one of my boys mentioned he has two older sisters, we were given two more pumpkins as well. Just little acts of fun kindness like this make our experiences at SnoFalls a great one. Thanks!

Around 1990 I needed to change banks. When a friend of mine suggested Sno Falls. At this time they were still next door to the Family Grocer in Snoqualmie. The only branch. They were great and helped me open an account. A credit card was approved a couple of months later with a $500 limit to get my credit established. I still have that card today, and its rate has only changed once. I have gotten several car loans through them also. All approved. It has not suprised me that Sno Falls has expanded the way they have (look out becu). I can say with pride that I am a member of Sno Falls. I truly think they are the best.

I have been with SFCU for over 30 yers now, and will be with them until the Good Lord says it's time to close your account. After retirement from Weyco. I moved to Ocean Shores Wa for 8 years, then over here to Walla Walla Wa. They have 12 banks here and several have invided me to switch to them but my answer is always the same SFCU is like family to me, so thank you but I'll stay with them.

I've been with Sno Falls for about 3 to 4 years. There were some tough times that I've gone through and my account was negative. They are more willing to help you then to shut you down. They are always polite to you and you get to know them as one of your own. I feel like they are part of my family.

My time with Sno Falls Credit Union started in the 1980's when I needed a new car. The local dealerships where having a Credit Union sale. I went to the Sno Falls Credit Union and got pre-approved. I then went shopping for my new car. I could say the rest is history, but I have other stories of thoughtfulness and kindness by all tellers and employees. Like Lori from the Fall City branch and Staci from the Snoqualmie Branch and Linda the branch manager in North Bend. Also, my children's accounts and the many things that the credit union does for the valley.

I have always received excellent service at Sno Falls Credit Union. One instance is when a payment I had made was applied to the wrong account. I went to the Snoqualmie branch and they immediately called the branch, Fall City, where I had made the payment and redistributed the payment to the correct account - retroactive. It was suppose to be a loan payment and I didn't want any late fees or bad credit reporting. I was very impressed and satisfied.

Amber B has been very patient with me while I try to figure out what the best way for me to purchase a much needed 4 wheel drive vehicle for my business. I have called her and stopped in unannounced numerous times to ask questions and she's never failed me. She rocks!!!!

My husband, Frank, and I were both born and raised in this beautiful Snoqualmie Valley.

There is no wonder he became a logger, hunter, fisher man and volunteer fireman.

Frank stared working full time in the woods for Weyerhaeuser in November 1951.

We became charter members of Sno Falls Credit Union. The Credit Union was such a blessing to all Weyerhaeuser employees. Wages were low and prices high, no import things like today.

In 1964 Frank had been discussing with me about buying a 4 wheel drive vehicle for hunting.

Our neighbor worked at Buick Garage in North bend and told us they had a 1964 International Scout, It's total cost $2500.00. We talked about whether we could afford that much money! We couldn't decide.

The morning before he would be leaving for Easter Washington for elk hunting, I decided to surprise him with the Scout.

When my husband and I moved here 6 or so years ago, for his job, we had no family in the West. One of the first places you go to get established in the area is the "bank." We fortunately stumbled upon Sno Fall Credit Union in Fall City. The "bank ladies" there were so nice! It became a fun family outing for my children....(especially back when there was popcorn!) Even though the popcorn ended we still enjoy our "bank outings." The "bank ladies" always take time to make the children feel special....and "grown up" when they deposit and take out their hard-earned savings. The genuine kind comments they make about your children and how they are growing help you feel very welcome in the Valley....almost as if you have family here!

I've been with Sno Falls for many years. Whenever I go into a Sno Falls branch, I feel welcomed. The friendly faces there all seem to know me - even when they are brand new employees! Once when I had a nice balance in my savings account, they actually called me to ask if I wanted to open a higher interest account and transfer it there. When I call, they are there for me. When I email, they get back to me right away. You won't find that kind of service anywhere else! I always know that I'll have a great experience when I work with Sno Falls. Our dogs even like Sno Falls. They get excited when we head for the drive through window. They each get a treat!

The first time we went to Sno Falls Credit Union to establish an account, I sat in our truck with my dog (destructive puppy). Minuets later someone came out and said the dog is welcome inside! WOW, they even had dog cookies. That friendly act made us proud to be a member. Paperwork went fast with real local people... The 'DOG' thinks it is the 'Cookie Store.' Thank You all at Duvall Branch, Darrell and Linnea
